It's See Us Support Us Month!

This October, join See Us, Support Us, a month-long, national campaign to increase supports for children of incarcerated parents. We invite you to join the SUSU Network, affirming your commitment to SEE children whose parents are incarcerated and learn how to SUPPORT them. This year, SUSU focuses on the importance of child-centered visits and removing barriers to visiting.
Our theme is inspired by Bill of Right #5 of the Bill of Rights for Children of Incarcerated Parents, "I have the right to speak with, see, and touch my parent". Join us is spreading the word about #SeeUsSupportUs Month and this year's theme by sharing our Facebook post and retweeting this tweet. This month we will also be tweeting out the eight rights included in The Bill pf Rights for Children of Incarcerated Parents, so make sure to watch out Twitter page.
